Q: Does Dustin really make all of the soups from scratch?
A: Yes he does. That's why they taste so good! The recipes are all Dustin's original creations. He begins cooking no later than 5 a.m. every morning using only fresh and preservative-free ingredients. He takes pride in the integrity of his soups while also maintaining a consistency among the batches. By having an ever-changing menu, it keeps Dustin fresh with the creativity he brings to the table and allows for an endless variety of soups. In addition to making all of the handcrafted soups, the quality extends to our sandwiches as well. For the Turkey Bacon Sandwich, Dustin roasts it in our oven and slices it by hand. The Reuben is addictive with Dustin's homemade coleslaw in place of the traditional fare. The lean cut pastrami comes from a local company in Colorado and is also sliced daily in our kitchen. Knowing the person who makes your food makes a big difference. And food tastes better when it is made with care and kindness.
