Q: How did Dustin learn to cook like that?
A: Dustin is a self-taught chef with over 20 years of experience working in and managing a variety of kitchens. His kitchens have ranged from fine dining establishments in Denver to the Wolf House in Evergreen (where he met his lovely bride), to a luxury retirement community serving 300 meals 3 times a day. Throughout his career soups and sauces have been his specialty. Dustin simply has a gift for bringing flavors and textures together in such a way that leads to an exciting and satisfying dining experience each and every time.
