A: No, with the exception of Pork Green Chili (which is served every Friday) and Tomato (which is served every day). Dustin cooks according to the following circumstances:
What he feels like.
What the weather conditions are.
What is fresh on the market.
What inspires him.

A: Balsamic syrup is a reduction of Balsamic vinegar. As syrup, it becomes thicker and sweeter and is the perfect topper for that yummy sandwich.
